"I have had issues with this place messing up my policy everytime I have been with them and they have cost me more money over the years than any other insurance company! It's crazy cause for this most recent time I asked for a pricing for 6 months and they guy on the phone was like I can do 1000 for 2 new cars and renters insurance. So I called my other insurance cancelled it and called back. This is all in the same day mind you and the dude was like best I can do is 1200 and I'm like okay. You just told me a thousand but I guess I can do 200 more whatever. If I do this 1200 you guys aren't going to shaft me with no hidden fees or jump my bill like you did last time right and he was like no 1200 will cover you for the next 6 months and I specifically told this dude I didn't want to do the safe driving program same as every other time. So I paid and 2 months go by and the next thing you know apparently the guy that got me my contract is gone and I owe them 113 for the safe drive program and I'm like I said I didn't want that and paid 1200 a head of time just for them to tell me they are going to hit my credit with this 113 and have been harassing me about it since 2 and a half months into my policy. My suggestion for people that go here. If you are going to go here expect your insurance to jump a crazy amount even if you have never had anything on your record and expect them to try and steal money from you cause that's what they are best at!"
