"From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, that’s important to me! "I've been going back and forth with this office for over a year trying to get them to cancel my services. Every time I call, if anyone answers (which is very rare) they always give me the run around on canceling my policy. They assure me that the services are canceled, yet my account keeps getting charged month over month FOR THE PAST 14 MONTHS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! THIS OFFICE IS MISMANAGED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART. They are in it to make as much money as possible. This is a very sorry excuse for an Insurance Agency. Notes for the team... Ashlee... Call me... its only been 14 months, I know things are busy, but surely you can squeeze me into you "very busy" Insurance schedule. I hope me writing this review prompts action to try to avoid and avoid a lawsuit."

If you can provide any proof of these communications, we’ll be able to backdate the request. Your policy was canceled effective today. Without record of all of these communications on your end, we can’t backdate due to State Farm’s protocol. We appreciate your understanding. - Ashlee"
